GLP-1 tracker

A GLP-1 tracker that keeps the protein and the lifting in view.

The shot is once a week; keeping muscle while eating less is every day. Brolic puts the injection schedule, the protein target and the workout log on one Today screen.

Tracking only

What you log, and what Brolic never does.

You enter the routine your prescriber gave you. Brolic keeps it on a timeline; the decisions stay with you.

What you can log

  • Your weekly Zepbound, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic or compounded schedule, with reminders
  • Injection-site rotation, with the last site shown so the next is easy to pick
  • Nausea, appetite and other symptoms as dated notes on the timeline
  • A protein-first food log with a planning range from the GLP-1 protein calculator
  • Workouts with last session's numbers beside today's, and weight trend

What it never does

  • Never recommends a dose, a site, a schedule or a compound
  • No diagnosis, prescribing, lab interpretation or protocol optimization
  • No chatbot; the AI drafts food and workout entries, not medical decisions
  • No ads, and health data is never sold

One timeline, beside the food and the training.

The reason to track a protocol in the same app as meals and workouts is that the three affect each other, and only one screen shows them together.

Due, done, skipped
Each protocol item sits on the Today screen beside calories, protein, the day’s workout and weight trend.
Reminders
Scheduled items remind you; as-needed items are logged when you take them.
Site rotation
Injectables keep a rotation of sites, so the next one is suggested from where you last logged, not chosen for you.
Symptoms and notes
Free-text notes and symptom entries stay on the timeline with the item they belong to.

Common questions.

Does Brolic tell me when to move up a dose?

No. Titration is between you and your prescriber. Brolic reminds you of the schedule you entered and never recommends a dose.

Why track food and training with the shot?

Because the common advice for keeping muscle on a GLP-1 is enough protein and resistance training, and both are easier to keep up when they sit on the same screen as the schedule.

Does it work for pens and for compounded vials?

It tracks whatever you enter. For vials, the free peptide calculator converts a dose you already have into syringe units.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Logging works offline and syncs when you are back online.
