TRT tracker

A TRT tracker built for people who also lift.

Log the injection your clinician prescribed, rotate sites without guessing, note how the week felt, and see it all beside the training and the protein that TRT is supposed to support.

Brolic's Protocols screen showing a testosterone schedule with completed and upcoming entries.

Tracking only

What you log, and what Brolic never does.

You enter the routine your prescriber gave you. Brolic keeps it on a timeline; the decisions stay with you.

What you can log

  • Your prescribed testosterone schedule, weekly or more often, with reminders
  • Injection-site rotation, with the last site shown so the next is easy to pick
  • Ancillaries and supplements you take on the same timeline
  • Symptoms and free-text notes, kept with the entry they belong to
  • Weight trend, workouts and protein beside the schedule on the Today screen

What it never does

  • Never recommends a dose, a site, a schedule or a compound
  • No diagnosis, prescribing, lab interpretation or protocol optimization
  • No chatbot; the AI drafts food and workout entries, not medical decisions
  • No ads, and health data is never sold

One timeline, beside the food and the training.

The reason to track a protocol in the same app as meals and workouts is that the three affect each other, and only one screen shows them together.

Due, done, skipped
Each protocol item sits on the Today screen beside calories, protein, the day’s workout and weight trend.
Reminders
Scheduled items remind you; as-needed items are logged when you take them.
Site rotation
Injectables keep a rotation of sites, so the next one is suggested from where you last logged, not chosen for you.
Symptoms and notes
Free-text notes and symptom entries stay on the timeline with the item they belong to.

Common questions.

Does Brolic adjust my dose from my symptoms or labs?

No. It records what you enter. Dose, frequency and any change are decisions for you and your prescriber; Brolic never recommends a dose or interprets labs.

Can I log blood-test dates and notes?

You can keep dated notes on the timeline. Brolic does not interpret results.

Is this only for prescribed TRT?

Brolic tracks whatever routine you enter. It gives no guidance on any compound, dose or source, and it is not a substitute for medical care.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Logging works offline and syncs when you are back online.
