A peptide tracker that lives beside your food and training.

Enter the routine you were given and Brolic keeps it on one timeline: what is due today, what you took, which site you used last, and how you felt, next to the day's protein and workout.

Brolic's Protocols screen showing scheduled, completed, skipped and as-needed entries on one timeline.

Tracking only

What you log, and what Brolic never does.

You enter the routine your prescriber gave you. Brolic keeps it on a timeline; the decisions stay with you.

What you can log

  • Any peptide, GLP-1, TRT, hair-loss or recovery routine you enter yourself
  • Scheduled items with reminders, and as-needed items logged when taken
  • Injection-site rotation, with the last site shown so the next is easy to pick
  • Symptoms, side effects and free-text notes on the same timeline
  • Vitamins, creatine and other supplements on the same schedule

What it never does

  • Never recommends a dose, a site, a schedule or a compound
  • No diagnosis, prescribing, lab interpretation or protocol optimization
  • No chatbot; the AI drafts food and workout entries, not medical decisions
  • No ads, and health data is never sold

One timeline, beside the food and the training.

The reason to track a protocol in the same app as meals and workouts is that the three affect each other, and only one screen shows them together.

Due, done, skipped
Each protocol item sits on the Today screen beside calories, protein, the day’s workout and weight trend.
Reminders
Scheduled items remind you; as-needed items are logged when you take them.
Site rotation
Injectables keep a rotation of sites, so the next one is suggested from where you last logged, not chosen for you.
Symptoms and notes
Free-text notes and symptom entries stay on the timeline with the item they belong to.

Common questions.

Does Brolic suggest how much of a peptide to take, or when?

No. You enter the dose, schedule and site from your prescription or protocol. Brolic records and reminds; it never recommends a dose, a site, a schedule or a compound.

Can I track reconstitution and syringe units?

The free peptide calculator on this site converts a dose you already have into U-100 syringe units. The app tracks when you took it and where.

Is my protocol data private?

It stays in your account, is never sold, and is not used for advertising. You can delete the account and its data from Settings.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Logging works offline and syncs when you are back online.
