Terms of Use

By accessing or using Brolic, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms where you live.

You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your sign-in method, and notify [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Brolic is provided for personal, lawful use. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or security, use it to violate another person's rights, upload harmful material, or access systems or content without permission. You are responsible for your use of Brolic and for content you submit.

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are processed by Apple. The localized price, billing period, trial or introductory terms, and renewal terms shown when you confirm the purchase apply to that transaction. Auto-renewable subscriptions continue until cancelled through Apple. If you cancel a paid subscription, access continues through the end of the paid period.

You can manage or cancel through Apple's subscription-management page. Use Restore Purchases in Brolic when a valid purchase is not recognized. Apple controls refund eligibility and accepts requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting Brolic or deleting your Brolic account does not cancel App Store billing. If you download Brolic from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

You retain ownership of content you create or submit. You give PSG Labs Inc. the limited permission needed to host, sync, back up, process, transform, and display that content to operate, secure, and support the features you request. This permission ends after account deletion, subject to limited backup retention and records retained where required by law. You must have the rights needed for any text, file, photo, media, or public URL you provide or import.

AI and import features process content you choose to provide to create editable drafts. Drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. Review and edit every draft before saving or following it. Brolic does not automatically apply a draft to saved content.

AI output is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, a dosage recommendation, titration guidance, lab interpretation, or emergency instruction.

Brolic is a tracking, organization, and fitness-planning tool, not a healthcare provider or emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend doses, design or optimize medical protocols, or replace a qualified professional. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related changes. Exercise and changes to nutrition carry ordinary risks, including injury, overexertion, adverse reactions, and outcomes that vary by person. Brolic may rely on third-party services and may add, change, pause, or remove features. The service may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or interrupted, and we do not guarantee that every sync, import, draft, notification, or external source will be available or error-free. Third-party services may also have their own terms and privacy policies.

PSG Labs Inc. or its licensors own the Brolic name, logo, software, website, design, documentation, and other materials provided through Brolic. Those materials are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you only the limited right to use the service as intended.

You may stop using Brolic or request account deletion at any time. Deletion ends access immediately. Permanent deletion begins after 24 hours and may take longer in some cases. App Store subscription cancellation is separate. See the Account Deletion page.

Brolic may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary because of misuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Where appropriate and required by law, we will provide notice or a way to contact support.

Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brolic is provided "as is" and "as available." PSG Labs Inc. disclaims express and implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms affects a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSG Labs Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Its total liability for all claims arising from Brolic or these terms will not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the amount you paid for Brolic during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections available under the laws where you live continue to apply.

Severability and non-waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver.

We may update these terms as Brolic or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated when required. Your continued use of Brolic after updated terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. Privacy requests should be sent to [email protected].

These terms, the Privacy Policy, the Non-Medical Disclaimer, Apple's Standard EULA, and any terms presented at purchase form the entire agreement between you and PSG Labs Inc. concerning Brolic.
