Delete Your Brolic Account

1. In the app: open Brolic Settings, choose Account & Sync, then Delete Account. Review the consequences and confirm the final deletion action.
2. Without logging in: email [email protected] from the email address associated with the account. Use the subject “Delete my Brolic account” and state that you want the account permanently deleted.
3. We may ask you to verify your identity before accepting an email request. Do not send passwords, Apple Account credentials, recovery codes, or unnecessary private health or photo information.

The deletion process covers information connected to your Brolic account:

• your account and profile;
• food, workout, Program, Protocol, and progress information;
• progress photos;
• AI imports and saved drafts;
• notification information;
• subscription records connected to Brolic; and
• sign-in records connected to Brolic.

Your account remains inaccessible while deletion finishes. If part of the process does not finish successfully, Brolic will keep trying.

Deleting a Brolic account or deleting the app does not cancel App Store billing. An auto-renewable subscription continues through Apple until you cancel it.

• Apple controls refund eligibility. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting your Brolic account does not delete information already saved in Apple Health. You can review or delete that information in Apple Health.

Some information may remain temporarily in backups or records we must keep for support or legal reasons. It will not be used to restore your account or for unrelated purposes.
